Daffodil Day is a great opportunity for communities across Aotearoa to come together and support the Cancer Society and the important work they do for people affected by cancer and their whānau.

Families can now access swimmer certificates through our online portal when their child progresses, creating a simpler, more sustainable way to celebrate success.

Wow… what an amazing response! 🎨🏊‍♀️💙

A huge thank you to everyone who entered our August Colouring Competition! We loved seeing all of your swimming and Swim School inspired creations come to life. From bright colours to awesome little details, there was so much creativity and effort put into every entry.

✨ Once again, you made judging incredibly difficult! There were so many fantastic masterpieces handed in, and choosing just one winner from each age group certainly wasn’t easy.

Our Aqua Fit and Aqua Flow classes have been recognised by Age Concern Palmerston North and Districts as approved Community Strength & Balance Classes, highlighting their role in helping older adults improve strength, balance, and wellbeing in a supportive environment.

We still have spaces available in selected school-aged swimming lessons in our 25m Pool at Makino Swim School — and it’s not too late to book in! 💙

Our 25m Pool classes are perfect for swimmers who are ready to continue developing their skills, with lessons focusing on:

🌊 Improving skills across different strokes
🛟 Continuing to build important water safety skills
