Shane now sits 4th in the MotoAmerica Superstock 600 championship.

A 3rd place for Shane Richardson at Sonoma Raceway, California today. So very close to 2nd.... way to go Shane and Palmetto Morosport Team NZ!! Race 2 tomorrow 9.25am NZT.

So its been a few weeks since round 2 of the Vic Clubs Bridgestone series. Damo had a great qualifying and got a good position row 3 P12
Race 1 Damo got a cracker of a start and battled well until he lost the front end at turn 1, the big positive from this is that he dropped 2 seconds out of his best time for a new PB.
Some minor repairs done and ready for race 2, bogged at the start and a little bit of lost confidence the race was a little bit of a struggle but Damo rode well and finished the race.
By race 3 it was raining so this would be the first time for Damo to race in the rain, Damo got another great start and clearly had his confidence back and feeling good in the rain riding in a strong 5 position and chasing for 4th, lap 3 the race was red flagged for a riding going down at the start of the front straight, Damo came in with a huge smile and i got to stop chewing my finger nails off.
all in all it was a great round 2 for Damo and now we get to have a bit of a break before R3 / R4.

round 2 at Manfeild raceway tomorrow we have made a few changes to the Kr150 so are looking for some good results and improved times,hope the weather stays fine.
