Congratulations to all those who sat their kyu grade examinations last night, you did yourselves proud. To those for whom it was their first grading, and to those sitting for higher brown belts, CONGRATULATIONS! Each step in itself is a small step, but combined, they can take you a long way!

A chance for our students to demonstrate the hard work theyโ€™ve put in over the past months. ๐Ÿฅ‹ This Thursday, some will take their very first grading, while others continue their karate journey.

Karate is a personal challenge, but never a journey taken alone. Growth looks different for everyone, and stepping up takes courage.

See you at Knox Church at 6 pm for grading, followed by dinner together afterwards.

Wishing everyone a strong spirit. ๐Ÿ‘Š
