Hi everyone! Just a wee update on how things are progressing with our new equipment. Mosgiel is nearly done with the last of the machines coming together. Moray Place is now well underway with more coming. Thanks heaps for your patience and any questions please come see us! We hope you're all enjoying the changes!

Hi everyone!
Just a wee update that our new equipment for Moray Place and Mosgiel gyms has arrived! You will see equipment moving in and out over the next few weeks as we change things! The biggest disruption will be the treadmills at Mosgiel. From 3pm Friday 24th July they are going and new ones coming in over the weekend. We will endeavor to get everything up and running as quickly as possible. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

Hi Everyone, our daughter Emma is selling Nothing Naughty Protein Bars for a PSTA fundraiser for her school. 1 box is $36.00 for 12 bars. Between 15gm to 15.5gm of protein in the protein bars. Flavours below. Orders and money in by 27/03/25.

100 DAYS OF FITNESS WITH HAYLEE & LAUREN!

We are bringing to you a virtual challenge where you are part of daily fitness tasks for 100 days!

This will include an exclusive Facebook group that you will be added to with other participants. Where Lauren and I will upload tasks to complete each day! This will include fitness tasks, nutrition tips and meal ideas, mindset tasks and to do’s!

We would love to see you all getting amongst the tasks we upload & encourage you to share videos of your own completion along the way! Or you can do it in your own privacy, whatever you prefer!

For only $2.00 a day ($200 total) you can be a part of ‘100 days of fitness’ !!
