I let my co-driver and service crew chief race my rally car for the first time!
The boys had a fantastic time, learnt heaps and improved immensely. Watch along as they take you through the learnings and emotions that go through your mind racing a car on gravel for the first time.

What.. The car came back without a scratch on it???
What an event. The boys had the time of their lives. I am super proud and the service crew barely got dirty!
The road to Canterbury Rally vlogs are still to come but had to put a quick 'proud dad' post up. 😎
Seeded 71st, Finished 58th after clawing back from misfire issues early in the day.
Now, what's next??

Getting ready to board my flight to Christchurch.. Must mean there is a rally on!
Sunday is set to be a wicked day with a fast mix of Forestry and Public North Canterbury roads. To make it even better, the weather is looking warm and ideal for watching some rally action.

Cat's outta the bag! I am Retiring.. Or atleast, momentarily.
Kyle and Lachie are taking the reigns of the mighty steed for this years Canterbury Rally. When I meet these two lads, they had a real passion for motorsport but with no real access point into the sport. A few years later, I've got a codriver and service crew I trust with my life. And most importantly, we've become a bloody tight trio.
This time, it's all about them. Their journey preparing for Canterbury Rally, the ups, downs and most importantly, the sideways.
It's important to know, these 2 lads between them can count on one hand how many events they have driven and never have they entered a competitive rally before. Follow along and cheer them on!
