If you are new to Unbound Warrior you will need to fill out a screening form, i will be at Activate Gym 9-12pm tommorow if you want to come in and grab a form otherwise private message me and we can sort out a time to get one off me.
Suitable for all fitness levels💪
We will be starting on the 9th of January.
This will go for 6 weeks on Monday and Wednesdays at 7pm.
