Ebb and Flow Yoga

Ahhh India….you continue to weave your magic around me. It’s difficult to put into words the effect this Jyotish training has had on me, the reset I’ve felt from my 2 week Panchakarma and facing challenges along the way with a wonderful, supportive group of fellow seekers. I know something has shifted, deeply. I know I’ve felt the energy of the planets at each of the fire ceremonies. I know this is the beginning of something exciting. My cup is full ❤️🙏 ❤️

Three more days left to get my final fill of Jyotish knowledge in this land. My first reading this morning was amazing, so lovely to hold the space for her. Taking home lots of memories of this shared time and space with fellow seekers of knowledge of the planets 🪐 ☀️🌙✨❤️🙏 ❤️

We greeted the day with a Yagya to Chandra (the moon) for new moon this morning. She represents our mind and emotions…are you feeling emotional today? She is calming and nurturing and represents the divine feminine. Happy new moon 🌑 🙏❤️

One week at Sattva Yoga Academy and Jyotish training has flown by. Knowledge is interesting, intense and inspiring. Here’s a snapshot of the beauty on display 🙏 ❤️

After travelling for 36 hours my Jyotish 🪐🌝☀️⭐️training has begun 👏🏻 I am so happy to be here at Sattva in Rishikesh. 6 weeks of knowledge with an amazing teacher 🔥 It’s hot 🥵 38c and not yet summer….! 😎 An interesting mix of people from all over the world. Feeling blessed and inspired ❤️🙏 ❤️
