Registrations are now open for this year’s Wairoa Rangers Father’s Day Rugby event on Sunday 6 September 🏉

This event is open to all players aged 5-18 yrs of all abilities - even if you've never played before and just want to give rugby a go!

How to register:
Email the following details to Brian Wilmshurst at [email protected]

✅Player name
✅Age as at 1 Jan 2026
✅Current weight (required for players aged 7+ as of 1 Jan)
✅Preferred playing position (for players aged 7+ as of 1 Jan)

Fees are $15 per player and can be paid online to : Wairoa Rangers Rugby Club Inc 020404-0093522-00 (use player name as reference)

End the football season with a game of rugby 🤣 this years annual Wairoa Rangers tournament is the day after our winter season finishes! We encourage all CFC players to support this Clevedon tradition and return to football afterwards 👌

Whether you are a coach, manager, or parent, these courses provide the fundamental tools to create a fun, safe, and effective learning environment for our players, while connecting you with like-minded people to share ideas.

Beyond the practical skills, these sessions are a fantastic opportunity to build your network within our club community. Attending allows you to collaborate with others who share your passion, exchange firsthand experiences, and form lasting connections that will support you long after the course finishes.

(Note: You do not need to have completed Level 1 of either course to attend, you can start straight with Level 2).

Please get in touch with the Clevedon Sports Club if you have a food truck and keen to feed our young families on Friday afternoons. They kick off at 4:30pm but the Clevedon Sports Club is open from 3pm..
