It’s the years and reps that we see over and over that helps us predict what will happen or be ready for what could happen.
Every detail of a skill, what could happen, what should happen and how the skill should look m, is studied
So that when something doesn’t look right we are ready.

Flynn has been working hard and now sets his eyes on the world championships in china late November!
Flynn trains at Olympia gymnastic sports 5 days a week as well as gym sessions and recovery sessions
At just 18 years old he has a bright future and we look forward to seeing him compete in China later this year!
