The importance of keeping your left arm straight in your whole swing..

With straight left arm at the top of the backswing, it's so much easier ko keep our hands quiet on start of downswing
Which is very important to store that lag and release it behind the ball.
With the bent left arm at the top it's so much easier to throw hands first instead of starting the downswing with the left knee.
