We are running🔥 HIIT 🔥classes Sunday at 12 .
We will be running these every Sunday going forward .Starting 2mrw
To club members this is free to non members this is $10 ,This is an open class to any one who is interested , bring a water bottle and a towel we have everything else
It’s a 1 hour hi energy hi out put class.
