Pole fitness is primarily for fun, something a little different then your day to day life. It also opens up opportunities to feel comfortable in your own skin, learn what your body is capable of and improve your health and fitness not only physically but also mentally. Mixed level, heels, stretch and Advanced classes all $25 per session

We offer a 8 class concession for $150

For those of you that want to do it all we offer a pole-a-holics option for $200 per month

Yes! we offer girls nights and hens party classes $30 per head .We have created a class that includes all fitness levels and abilities. We have an on site Personal Trainer who offers pole fit classes ($60 for a 6 week course) and one to one training for all your fitness needs, Check out Spartan Tactical on Instagram
