GTS RUGBY

Thanks to one of the Sydenham Y4 Rugby Union teams for having us in to run some tackle tech.

Awesome to get back amongst the junior grassroots game with a great group of kids, coaches, and parents.

We tailor every session to the needs of the team, and for this group there was a big focus on building confidence, getting shoulders on, and sticking tackles instead of jersey pulling.

Great feedback from the coach too:
“Lots of shoulder tackles today with next to no jersey pulling which was awesome to see, the kids definitely paid attention on Thursday.”
