Awesome game at Kaiapoi Club tonight with a bunch of great players braving the cold to come down for a game.

Mike slowly accumulated his chips during final table building a decent stack. When he found himself heads up with Cam, he tried to work out a deal before they both decided just to play. Cam was slowly bleeding chips, then managed to win one hand before they both got their chips in and Mike walked away with his win for the 2nd week in a row.

Mike will be making his way up the leaderboard, can he make it 3 in a row next week?? Come down to find out

Another fun night at Oak and Ferry with Cam getting a nice bonus with a Straight Flush and also min cash to make a wee profit for the night. Jaz done well to survive to 4th after my dealing not being very nice for her. Kerry 3rd after flopping the world but I didn't deliver. Heads up Mel and Owen Mel big stack after dominating most of the game until I managed to deal him down to short stack but he clawed his way back as he does and took the win from Owen who played a very solid game. Great game guys see you all next week

Monday Poker! Oak N Ferry Kaiapoi Club Morrison's Irish Pub

Last night at Opawa bowl and Jack we ended up with 2 tables of hot poker action.

Hand of the night was Larry with Quad 2s sadly we were not paying out any Quad bonuses.

Out top 4 players we had Mike W in 4th with everyone being roughly even stacked through out the final table he then decided it was his time to exit the game in 4th place.

In 3rd place we had a new face Owen turn up and had a massive stack from the moment he sat down up until his last hand. After his up and down roller coaster on his last few hands Jeremy decide to jam his pocket Js with Owen calling J♠️ 10♠️ and with the flop giving Owen all the outs in the world when it comes out at 9♠️ 8♥️ 3♠️ giving Owen 68% equity to win the hand giving Jeremy the ultimate sweat. Until the rest of the board bricked out in Jeremy’s favour as we seen Owen exit in 3rd.

Our head up battle lasted one hand and both players decided to go home with Harman taking it out and earning his seat to battle of the season. Congratulations to all who made the cash.

The Fitz on Thursday was a good trip down memory lane with some familiar faces showing some support .

The best hand of the night goes to Matt who flopped Quad Aces then a few hands later ended up getting Quad 5s. How’s does he do it? We must read his book to find out.

Final table was reasonably fast paced until we got to our top 5 players then things started to slow down. Trish was the first to go out in 5th after getting her short stack in and having no luck.

In 4th we had justice stick around trying to get a double up but with the blinds going up so fast he got it in on the small blind and was unsuccessful against Tony as we say goodbye in 4th place.

3rd place Braiden came to final table as the big stack played an aggressive game until his stack got smaller and smaller and was no match for Heather as she made a good call against him to send him away in 3rd place.

Our heads up battle lasted quite a few hands with Tony being the chip leader for out top 5 but heather managed to chip him down hand by hand. It was an impressive battle but in the end it was Heather that came out victorious in a game she didn’t expect to win. Congratulations Heather 🎉

Another action filled night at Sideline again tonight with most players entering the bounties. Rafal getting a nice bonus for Quads then Zach following that with a Straight Flush. FT went quick with Mel min cash then then Eddie 4th. Leaving Paul Tane and Cam all cam to FT big stacks and collected bounties between them. Paul had an ugly beat with 33 and I delt out a counterfeit to take him out 3rd. Heads up didn't ladt long Cam shipping with 44 Tans called with an A 4's held for Cam to get the win. Great game everyone see you all next week
