Our junior coaching sessions are held in small groups, with an emphasis on learning, having fun and building confidence in a friendly and supportive environment.

🎾 Lessons follow the Tennis New Zealand Hot Shots programme, designed to help children develop their tennis skills in a fun and age-appropriate way.

The cold weather does not deter players at Spreydon Tennis with 5 courts full today despite the low temperature.
Social tennis continues all year long at Spreydon on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

John's Tennis Coaching Hi,

I'm a qualified coach at Tennis NZ. I provide private or group coaching for adults and children from basic beginners to advanced players in Selwyn and Christchurch.

Congratulations to the finalists of the men's doubles. After the match was tied up at one set a piece, Chris and Wayne took out the final set to take the title. It was an enjoyable match to watch.

We continue to have some great games and lots of fun on our social tennis days so encouraging all players to come down on Tuesday mornings and Saturday afternoons.

Congratulations to the finalists and winners of the Spreydon Tennis men's singles and mixed doubles competitions. They were both great games despite windy conditions. Plus, afterwards we all got to enjoy the delicious BBQ.

Come along this Saturday 21st March to support our women's doubles final at 1.30. Also we will be having our usual social games for all. We will keep the Easter raffle going for another week so don't forget to buy some tickets (or bring something to put in if you haven't already)

It was a green and orange theme at Spreydon Tennis on St Patrick's Day. Great games and a cuppa for our Tuesday club day.
