We're quicker to judge than we used to be.
Maybe always were. Just louder now.
Most people aren't trying to ruin your day. They're just in the middle of their own one.

Can they?

Genes don't run the show. Mitochondria do.
Stress alone burns through 60% of your daily energy. No wonder some days feel impossible before you've even started.
The fix probably isn't a supplement stack or a biohacking gadget.
It's simple, unglamorous stuff train hard, recover properly, have something that actually matters to you.
Going from doing nothing to training consistently and you can double your mitochondria.
That's not marketing. That's the science.
We built recovery into everything we do here for exactly this reason. Not because it's trendy. Because it works. (It is also trendy right now so that helps)

Nobody's coming to hand it to you.
And the older you get, the louder the reasons not to become. Responsibilities. Opinions. The slow creep of "probably not."
The people who actually get there aren't the ones who avoided failure. They're the ones who just kept going,
Hormozi said it better than most "Losing is the first signal on the path to winning. Not playing is the only signal for a forever loss"
Can't fail if ya don't quit.
Ever wish you could go back and give yourself advice?
The worst moments have a way of feeling permanent.
Like your brain just decides this is it now. This is how it is.
It's not.
That's easy to say and really hard to believe when you're in it. But most people who've come out the other side will tell you the same thing. It passed. Even when it felt like it wouldn't.
You're not stuck. Well you might be stuck You just gotta get unstuck.

Failure happens. That's normal.
Some days you turn up and it just doesn't click. That's fine. That's the signal telling you something needs to change.
Pressing pause for too long only seems to delay.
The bill still comes. Just with interest.
Adjust and go again.

Guys, they're not that complicated.
It's not like we completely put you on the spot with a random person sitting opposite you in a room that 80 degrees plus and asked you weird questions .. oh wait.
Good answer though.
There is something about going back to a place you loved as a kid.
Not sure what it is.
Funny how a place can do that. Make you feel like you belong somewhere, even if you haven't been back in years.
