PREMIER, SENIOR & MIXED interclub dates are set and entries are now open.

With Easter falling early this year all senior grades will play Labour weekend.

Look out also for a couple of Friday night Premier fixtures to be added to the schedule.

All coaching is canceled today Tuesday 4th of August

It is with a heavy heart, that we have to tell you all that Monsieur Eric Devos has passed away. Eric has been a member of our club for many years, starting from when his two daughters took up tennis. Any of you who had the pleasure of playing tennis with or against Eric would know what a pleasure it was. Never a dull moment with his typical French flair, cheeky remarks, mischievous grin and the occasional outburst in French if he hit a bad ball. 🇲🇫

Eric was very generous towards the tennis club and would always donate towards fundraisers and social events whether it be home made scones, baguettes or vouchers to his cafe, The sign of the Kiwi which he opened many years ago and turned into a place where you could sit, relax and eat simple, well cooked fare, washed down with excellent coffee. 🥖☕️

Many of us from the tennis club frequented the cafe, where we would get a great welcome. Eric would always find the time to stop and have a chat no matter how busy.

Eric leaves behind his lovely wife Kimberli and two lovely daughters Madeleine and Amelie. It has been an absolute pleasure for so many to have known .this kind, warm, gentle, funny man and we will all miss him terribly.

Prizegiving was held late May for both our Junior and Senior Club Champs Winners along with the Senior Most Improved Club member.

It was a lovely sunny afternoon of tennis followed by the prizegiving, a sausage sizzle and afternoon tea. Thanks to our coaches and our wonderful Committee for presenting the awards and organising this event.
