To help ensure our Semi-Finals run smoothly, please remember that team sheets must be submitted no later than 30 minutes before your scheduled match time.

Submitting team sheets on time allows us to complete player eligibility checks and keep the day running efficiently for everyone.

The Mainland Development Camp brings together talent-identified Year 11 and 12 athletes for a full day of learning in a performance environment. Alongside the athlete programme, coaches and umpires can build their capability through a practical, interactive learning experience.
Coaches will:
✅ Assist with fitness testing
✅ Contribute to specialist sessions in WD, shooting, circle defence and midcourt
✅ Learn through match-play observation and workshop activities
Umpires and umpire coaches will:
✅ Participate in targeted workshops and off-court learning
✅ Explore how umpire integration can enhance player and coach understanding
✅ Observe specialist skill sessions
✅ Develop umpire-coaching knowledge and capability
