Neo (7yo by Dark Angel) had his first short float trip/outing to a new place this morning. He got a very good report card (seems to be a common theme for him) - just a lovely lad who wants to please, and easy to get a good tune out of.

PC popping around the XC on the lunge this morning, before a Monday morning scrub up. We noticed last week he was more confident over SJs than XC so another session out here is beneficial for him - not that he wants to say no, he just finds lots of other things to look at and then suddenly there's a jump in front of him, so he has to think fast to get out of ugly spots - we are trying to teach him that if he applies himself it's easier!

No one gets sick of looking at this unique face! Neo - 7yo by Dark Angel.

PC looking happy that his Monday doesn't contain the word 'dressage'!

PC over the final fence today - he has a bit of a bald patch on his back (winter yuckies with a fluffy coat) so keeping the saddle off him but wanted to get more XC mileage into him.

Hot off the press - here's Neo jumping around down at Balmoral this morning (so yes, he floats, for those of you waiting for an answer to that question).
He is a very kind greenie, with a great 'can do' attitude towards his work.
16hh (or a tad bigger) 7yo by Dark Angel - bred in Ireland (so yes, he has the cute accent).

Neo started his week with hopping on the float and going to Balmoral for his first outing.
He is still keeping his 'what a darling' reputation intact!

Lindt (16hh-ish 7yo by Hellbent) down at Balmoral last week. He started with a warm up on the flat, then jumped (pics already up) and then went back to a bit more dressage - starting to take the contact and stretch a bit. Very capable, just needs a few more buttons (it is early days in his education of course) - he's going to be a smart one.
