Off to TeRapa today with two runners down to compete
Vanity Girl with Matt Cameron up takes on the Set Weight 3yo 1600m race , following on from her recent Avondale 1400m maiden win.
She is a lovely filly with a great attitude, and the extra distance should be right up her alley. It's no secret that I told her in very high regard, she will have this race today then head to the paddock at Serenity Park for a month off. She will really come unto her own in the Spring.
Winwood lines up in the R65 1400m event, the last race on the day. He was a comprehensive winner last start at Pukekohe, coming from last at the 400m mark with a strong run to overhaul the leaders, winning well in the end. Corentin Berge takes the reins and his work and a jumpout have been great, and I look forward to a bid run from him to. Good luck to connections and I hope to see some of you oncourse.
