Unfortunately I have to cancel the 9am Pilates at Nativity class tomorrow- Tuesday as I’m unable to teach due to catching a dreaded cold bug. 🐛 🦠🤧 Will see all on the mat again next week

No multicultural Pilates this Wednesday at stadium

Time for an update on what’s happening on this page!

I'm not running my own classes at the moment but you can find me teaching all over town!

Monday - GFG at the stadium. Strength, balance, mobility and fun class for 60+. $5 or access through the stadium 2000 gym membership.

Tuesday - 9am Nativity Church hall at 76 Alfred street . $10 paid to church at door. Lovely venue. Bring your own mat.

Tuesday - 11am , Connect Marlborough at the Baptist Church - a 30 minute class for mums & babies, $5 paid at door. Barista coffee and nibbles available plus toys for your little ones. Mats are provided

Wednesday 5:30 pm - Multicultural Pilates Class held at the stadium 2000. Requires $10 annual membership paid to Marlborough Multicultural Society which will then allow you to access a host of classes all held at stadium. Contact the multicultural cultural society through their website.

Thursday 9 am- Pilates at the stadium 2000 provided by the stadium. $15 paid at front desk or via your gym membership if you're a stadium gym member. Talk to the front desk. Own mat is advisable

Thursday 11am - Springlands Lifestyle centre, $5 - 30 min gentle Pilates for Residents. Bring own mat

Should any other organisation or individuals wish to hire me to provide group Pilates classes (big or small) please feel free to contact me to discuss options.

I’m a clinically trained Matwork Pilates instructor, a NASM certified personal trainer, a New Zealand trained group fitness instructor plus an Occupational Therapist. I worked as an OT for 30 years  but decided to take a break when the world took a break in 2020

The past five years I have taken numerous courses to keep updated and extend my skills and knowledge to stay updated and relevant. Some of these include falls prevention, exercise for special populations, training the senior adult, pilates for specific conditions to name some
