A fantastic end to our 2026 season at Cable Bay Adventure Park on Sunday🚲

Just the right amount of rain the night before to keep things interesting for deciding our overall battles🏁

Just a heads up that there is an approximately 1200m gravel road journey from the main parking area at Cable Bay Adventure Park to our race venue.

You need to cross a bridge then stay on the gravel road next to the river. There will be a portaloo there but no other services.

Sunday is our final race for 2026🏁

Always a great venue with great hospitality at the Base Cafe afterwards. We put on a bit of food to go with the prizegiving🏅

Coming up Sunday, the classic venue of Branford Park🙌

Plenty of room for creativity and a deceptive amount of gradient to make things interesting, always a good course👌

Our regular racing returns with kids, MTB and CX categories at Branford Park next Sunday🙌

Following the schools racing we held the South Island Open Champs aimed at more “mature” riders👴👵

The course was well bedded in for some spectacular cyclocross mud conditions 🚲

Fierce battles were had and championship medals were awarded to the winners🏅

Special mention must go to Mahe Meyer who was too young for secondary school racing but completed the whole adults race💪
