Change of plans! 👀
Our Gymnastics Workshop is happening this Saturday instead of our hiphop class.
If you’ve been wanting to dial in your gymnastics, this is the perfect chance. Whether you’re chasing your first handstand walk, cleaning up your butterfly pull-ups, or working towards BMUs/RMUs, Coach Ess will break it all down with progressions, drills and tips you can take into your training.
It’s perfect if you’ve got competitions coming up or you just want to move more efficiently through your everyday WODs. 💪

It’s not easy and that’s kind of the point! 6 weeks these guys showed commitment and discipline for themselves to get here!
Eating to plan, sore bodies, choosing consistency even when motivation wasn’t there… that’s what made the difference 🤝
Proud is an understatement. Our last 6 week challenge was more than just the physical changes, it was about proving to yourself what you’re capable of in JUST 6WEEKS and to carry healthier habits with you in the future. was a massive help in this journey and we’re so grateful to have his support in our next 6 week challenge too! 🐐
