Fun, effective self defence using the art of Hapkido. Our classes are down-to-earth, practical & will teach you throws, joint locks, kicking & striking.

Senior belts working last night. Many are in that discovery phase for 2nd dan counters. Some great thinking coming through. I love that in Hapkido people of different sizes and abilities can find “ their Hapkido”. The step change that 2nd dan demands in terms of understanding core techniques is large and it’s great to see the team responding to the challenge.

First day of term for our children’s classes. Great turn out for a cold winters day. Great to have Steven and Clinton run the sessions too. Appreciate all the adult support too.

Straight back from Korea and into our midyear grading. Across our 3 classes we graded 12 students ranging from white belts to black tips. The Gradings were run by Matt and Clinton with Aaron and Paul as the grading panel. Across the board the self defence was excellent and some great breakfalls too. Patterns need a bit more focus from us all. Well done to those who graded and for those that were close, keep training. Have a great holiday and see you all soon.
