A new species of gym. Short, focused workouts for busy humans who know good things take time. Built on the fundamentals, because slow and steady wins the race.

We're in it for the long haul, not the quick fix.

Say goodbye to Rebecca ❤️ Two years, countless classes, and endless energy. She made our sessions (and our community) so much more fun. Off to start her new life in Christchurch, and she’ll be so missed. Good luck, Becs— come back and see us soon! 💪

Bulgarian split squats… 👀

Most people avoid them because they burn, challenge your balance, and expose all your lower-body weaknesses. But that’s exactly why they’re worth doing!! 💪

This week, we’re progressing from the easiest variation to the most challenging:

1) Bodyweight Bulgarian split squat
2) Dumbbell Bulgarian split squat
3) Barbell Bulgarian split squat
4) TRX split squat

Don’t worry if you’ve never done them before—we’ll build you up step by step. You don’t have to start heavy. You just have to start.

Once you get used to these, you’ll build stronger legs, better balance, improved stability, and more confidence with single-leg movements. Every variation has a purpose and prepares you for the next.

Give them a go this week! 💪

Push-Up Progression 💪

Pick the variation that challenges you while allowing you to maintain good form.

1) Smith Machine Incline Push-Ups
2) Banded Push-Ups
3) Push-Ups
4) Suspension Trainer Push-Ups

Once you can do 8–12 controlled reps, progress to the next level.

Give it a go and let us know which stage you’re at! 👊

Here is Niki Bezzant, pushing her limits 🔥

This is what strength training looks like: strong, focused, and committed to every rep. She’s building more muscle than she had in her 30s or 40s, working through an osteopenia diagnosis, and getting stronger one rep at a time 💪

Swipe to hear her story in her own words ➡️

If you want to build a stronger back or clean up your technique, start here.

Banded Row – teaches you how to actually feel your back working. The band keeps constant tension so you learn control, not momentum.

3-Point DB Row – a supported position that locks your body in place so you can focus on strict, single-arm pulling and even strength on both sides.

Barbell Row – the full strength builder. Trains your whole back, improves posture, and teaches you how to brace and pull under load.

Get these right and your pulling strength, posture, and control all improve fast.
