There was a time when steel was the only option.

It still has its place. And we still use it.

But technology moves on.

We don’t drive 100-year-old designed trucks.
We don’t send telegrams.
We use computers every day.

So why would we expect rigging technology to stand still?

The move towards engineered synthetic rigging isn’t about replacing steel.

It’s about applying modern engineering to improve the way we work.

One of the biggest reasons the industry is adopting synthetic solutions is what happens when steel fails.

When a steel component breaks under load, it can release enormous amounts of stored energy, creating one of the most dangerous moments in any lifting or recovery operation.

That’s exactly what we set out to address.

The AirShackle™ was engineered with a hybrid design that combines the advantages of synthetic fibre with the confidence of a steel pin. The system is designed so that, in the event of an overload, the synthetic element is intended to be the primary sacrificial component, helping to reduce the hazards associated with catastrophic steel failure.

It’s not about replacing steel.

It’s about using engineering to build a safer solution.

Because every step that reduces risk is a step worth taking.

The AirShackle™ is this and so much more. Built to challenge traditional thinking and deliver a safer, lighter solution..

One of the biggest shifts with the AirShackle™ is how much easier it is to handle on the job. Less weight to move, quicker to rig, easier to position, and less physical strain on crews compared to traditional steel shackles. When you’re working long days around heavy gear, those differences matter. The AirShackle™ was designed to improve efficiency without compromising strength or performance. ⬇️⬇️

We sleep well at night.. Why? We’ve tested....

At some point, the products passed.

It worked. It held. It performed.

Most would take that and go to market.

We didn’t…

Because passing a test doesn’t mean it’s the best.
It just means it met the minimum.

So we kept going.

More hours. More cycles. More pressure. More components.
Testing beyond what’s expected.

Whether it’s lifting, pulling, restraining—every application demands more.

Not because we have to—
but because we want to build the best product on the market.

And you don’t get there by stopping early.

What does ‘tested’ actually mean in your operation? We’d love to hear..
