THE TEAM GOT ME HOME TODAY

Third, maybe fourth session of the day with our BBM Triple Threat crew. Honestly, I lost count. The glasses say it all. 😂

Today I needed a lot of lifting. Not the barbell kind.

That’s what this place is. You walk in running on empty and you walk out full. Not because of the equipment. Because of the people.

People who pick you up when you’re down. Who push you when you’ve got nothing left. Who laugh with you when your glasses end up halfway up your forehead.

Thank you to our BBM family. You got me through today. 🙏🏽

If you need people like this in your corner, come find us. Zero joining fee. Just good people.

Great to enjoy a coffee with John after his training today.

He’s 80 years young, and absolutely smashing it. He’s been with us a couple of months, and said he loves how friendly everyone is. He didn’t have that at his last gym.

Keep smashing it bro 💪🏾💪🏾
