If you are new to the gym. Its always good practice to unload or unrack the weights that you have put on.
Always think about the next person who might not be able to unload what you have stacked on the bar or machine that you are using.
If you are strong enough to load it, you are strong enough to unload it πͺ
I like to keep a very clean studio.
Everything is wiped down and vacuumed after every session, and I give it a mop down once a week.
