🙏Hey Team, we would like to apologise for the recent miscommunication and delay with our club merch orders.

Turnaround times were communicated out as 10 days and the Superstore order form details stated 2 weeks. It's actually an approximate turnaround time of 14 business days.

There was a delay due to the availability of some sizes which supplier worked directly with those affected.

We are working closely with Supplier to get everything sorted. As soon as we know something, so will you.

We’re also reviewing our processes to make sure communication is clearer and more accurate moving forward.

Note: Designed exclusively for locally-based players (minimum 2 years residing in the Cook Islands).

📷Club Photo Night is next Monday 15th June....

⌚5:45pm start

✅Photos are taken as individuals.
✅Families can come at the same time and do all your photos
✅'How to Order Photos' information will be shared to all Coaches and Managers and will also be available on the night.
✅All players to be in full correct uniform. We will try to have some hoodies available on the night for Coaches and Managers who need it for their photo.

❎There are NO time slots. As the photos are taken as individuals, you can turn up any time and have your photo taken.
❎You do NOT need to wait for all your team to turn up
❎Please do NOT take photos on your phones

There are meetings and other happenings at Kolmar during the time we will be there for photos. To avoid congestion and noise in the lobby and stairs area we want to keep it moving as best we can.

Please make your way out of the main room once you have had your photo taken. We will have ushers and a team at the door to support this process.

We will also have a 'check in' to support the Photosmart process with team names, correct spelling etc and so we can let your team management know who has already had their photos taken if they want that information.
