Our Recovery Room hours have officially changed. Meaning more time to recover, recharge & reset.

6AM – 9PM

✨ MASSAGE CHAIR UPDATE ✨

We know you’ve been wondering about the new addition… Well, here’s everything you need to know!

💆‍♀️ How to book:
Head into the Flex Fitness app → Explore → Private → New Private → Massage Chair and select your session.

✨ Recovery Members: FREE as an added benefit of your membership!
💪 Flex Gym Only Members: Just a small $5 fee per session.

So before a big workout, or when you just need to switch off for a bit, book yourself in, kick back and let the massage chair do its thing.

Please remember: Shoes must be removed before using the chair, and make sure you give it a quick wipe down afterwards for the next person!
