Thank you for always believing in me, for challenging me and inspiring me to aim for excellence. You've played a significant role in shaping who I am today.
Eight years ago, when you were my personal trainer, you helped me build both confidence and fitness. I remember our first meeting vividly; I was so shy I could barely say a word.
Now, I'm here, a much more confident person, and I owe a lot of that growth to you, Rob"
raman2266 it has been awesome to be part of your journey over the last 8 years!
You gained a trainer, I gained a client but we both gained new family along the way!
You have turned into a confident, strong and determined woman, mum and officer!
Our loss a few weeks back with your departure across the ditch but their gain.....take care, be safe and enjoy!

Today marks the beginning of Men’s Health Week 2024, and I wanted to share a few numbers with you!
On average, a male born today will live nearly four years less than a female
Is over 20% more likely to die of a heart attack and almost 30% more likely to get diabetes.
Just as concerning, men are three times more likely to su***de or die in a motor vehicle crash.
8 Kiwi families every day lose a loved one to a preventable illness.
Almost one Kiwi man in four will die before they reach retirement age…..one in four!!
I appreciate these stats make for some grim reading, so my question to you is what have you done to check in on your health in the last 6 to 12 months.
I’d also encourage those of you who have a partner, husband, Dad, son, Uncle, brother etc in their life, to challenge them to go for a check up or ask for help if they need it…..sometimes us blokes can’t see what is in front of us 😉 It’s not too late to make positive changes!
People who love you, want you to stick around!
What are you going to do to make it a great week??
