That’s exactly what Coach Alex is doing here. It starts with drills. Teaching. Watching. Correcting. Giving the cues that help people actually understand how to move their body well.

We talk a lot about community here. But community isn’t just what happens inside the gym - it’s listening when our members tell us what they need.
Our early morning classes have been absolutely pumping lately (we love you, 5.00am crew 🙌), but we’ve also been hearing from members who are feeling the pinch. Early commitments. Long commutes. Kids to sort before work. That 7.00am finish just wasn’t giving enough breathing room.
So we listened. And from Monday 22 June, we’re trialling a shift to 4.30am and 5.30am for our early morning classes.
The goal is simple - give more of our people a start time that actually fits their life.

Corbin has officially qualified for the Adaptive CrossFit Games by WheelWOD - competing in the Above the Knee Amputee division against the best athletes in the world. Through the Open, through the Semifinals, and now all the way to the Games in July.
Anyone who’s trained alongside Corbin knows the result is only part of the story. It’s the consistency, the grit, and the attitude he brings every session that makes this moment so well deserved.

Trav’s been with us since day one. The original OG and an intrinsic part of who we are as a gym. Whether you catch him at the 9:30 or the afternoon classes, he always brings his own flare and energy — cracking jokes, chirping the coaches, busting out some dance moves, always bringing that vibe 🤗🕺🏻 Beneath that brawny exterior is a heart of gold.
