A snippet I took from one of my check ins with a client who just got into a new relationship and was concerned and stressed about it while managing his bodybuilding process as he's looking to get to stage next year. 
 
I thought this would be a good message for more people to hear. Competing in bodybuilding is very glamorized in the current day and age and I love that but I also think that there is a right time and place to complete a bodybuilding prep. If your life doesn't allow for it at this current moment, then wait/work towards a life that does. Bodybuilding isn't going anywhere and you can still bodybuild without getting on stage in your un**es.

Do we actually look like? Okay maybe I see a little bit of resemblance but only when I was a baby 😂 
 
 

My grandparents raised me when I was young. 
They were there for everything and I remember all of it. That kind of bond is special. 
 
When my grandma passed in 2021, I couldn't get back to China. The borders were closed. I had to grieve from the other side of the world unable to do anything but sit with it.  
 
Then before I knew it, it's was 2026 and I still haven't gone back...Six years had passed since I'd seen my grandad and he's 91 now. Im forever grateful that he got to meet Luca on this trip. It's a moment I'll treasure forever. 
 
Don't wait too long to see the people you love and do the things you love. You have less time than you think.
