We just had a first in our studio over the weekend 😍✨

Kay is the first client to hit 250 classes in our studio since we opened 18 months ago. To put this into perspective, this is 10,000 minutes of Pilates and 3.2 classes per week EVERY week since we opened in November 2024.

MEET THE TEAM 👋

Hi everyone, I’m Taylor, the newest instructor joining the incredible Studio Pilates Pukekohe team ✨

You’ll catch me in the studio on Friday afternoons and in our new 2:30pm and 3:30pm Saturday classes!

When I’m not teaching Pilates or having my own muscles shake in one of our classes, I’m probably spending time with my horses. Nico, my teammate at 3* eventing, and Kowhai, who’s basically an overgrown golden retriever 🦄

I’m super passionate about helping people become the strongest, happiest version of themselves and finding that extra 1% both mentally and physically. Alongside Pilates, I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and currently working towards a Diploma in Psychology.

I can’t wait to meet more of you lovely people and help you achieve your personal goals with a smile 💪🏼
