Are you living from your true self or from your wounds?
In the latest episode of the Conscious Action by Brian Berneman, I had a deeply meaningful conversation with Allura Halliwell about consciousness, healing and the hidden patterns that shape our lives.
One of the central themes of our conversation was the idea that many of our struggles can be traced back to three core wounds:
💔 Unloved
💔 Unworthy
💔 Unknown
These wounds can influence how we see ourselves, how we relate to others and the choices we make every day, often without us even realizing it.
We also explored:

When we talk about fertility, the conversation often begins (and ends) with the reproductive system.
Hormones, ovulation, egg quality, s***m quality…
While these are important pieces of the puzzle, they are not the whole picture.
One of the most important insights from my conversation with Sonia Ribas | Fertility Transformation Coach is that fertility is never about the reproductive system alone.
Fertility is influenced by the entire ecosystem of the body.

The body is constantly gathering information.

Is your body in survival mode or creation mode?
One of the most powerful insights from my latest conversation on the with was this:
Fertility is a luxury function.
Our bodies are incredibly intelligent. Before they focus on creating life, they first prioritize keeping us alive.
When we are living in chronic stress, overwhelm, exhaustion or constant fight-or-flight, the body receives a message that resources are limited. In response, it focuses on survival rather than creation.
While we explored this in the context of fertility, the message applies to all of life.
How often do we try to create, grow, heal or transform while our nervous system is still trying to protect us?
