Always wanted to give inline hockey a go? Now’s your chance! Learn the basics, develop your skills, build confidence and have fun on the rink. 🙌

⏰ Sunday: 4:00pm-5:00pm (school term time only)

$10 per lesson or $80 for a 10-lesson concession card!

No experience needed — just bring your energy, skates, a water bottle and get ready to play! 🏒✨

Don’t forget we’re still running our regular weekend public sessions!

Friday: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday: 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am -12:00 pm

With junior and senior grades all played over one action-packed weekend, this is your chance to create your own team and battle it out for the crown.

🌱 Love Your Maunga Community Planting Day – we need your help!

We're looking for club members to join us for the Love Your Maunga Community Planting Day on Saturday 8 August.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get together with fellow club members, give back to our local community, and help restore native vegetation on our own Maungarei / Mt Wellington. By taking part, you'll be contributing to the ongoing restoration of our Tūpuna Maunga and helping support the health and wellbeing of this special place for future generations. Whether you can spare an hour or stay for the whole morning, we'd love to have you involved.

📅 Saturday 8 August 2026
⏰ 10.00am – 1.00pm (come for as much or as little of the time as you can)

Tools, gloves and guidance will be provided, but if you have your own spade and gardening gloves, please bring them along. Just bring sturdy shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and a willingness to get your hands dirty.

Our 14U team had an epic weekend of hockey at Mount Maunganui over the long weekend. After 5 hard-fought and fast-paced games against formidable opponents the Mustangs & Devils, the Panthers came away with the silver medal. Matthew Lee was also recognised as 14U MVP for the tournament. Everyone played hard & left it all out on the rink! Thanks to the Mustangs for hosting a fantastic tournament!

The 12U Panthers (and a Wellington Penguin) team built a great foundation over King’s Birthday Tournament.
The team improved every game they played bringing determination and energy to finish 4th overall.
We are looking forward to continuing the good work started over the rest of the season.

The 10U Panthers (including 3 Wellington Penguins) had a great King’s Birthday tournament. Winning some close games by 1 goal to both the Ravens and Mustangs and tying the 1st seeded Devils gave us the 3rd seed for the playoff round. There we faced our cross town rivals the Vipers who beat us 7-3 in the preliminary round. This time after we were down 6-3 with 12 mins left in the game we rallied to score 4 straight and stun the Vipers 7-6. Unfortunately we fell short to the Devils in the final but the team should be very happy with a well deserved silver!

Our Panthers YW team did us proud with their amazing effors over the long weekend at the Kings Birthday Junior Tournament. Every game was hard fought and every player stepped up to another level which earned the team a bronze medal! The girls got to experience a game going to overtime then a shootout to settle the semi final against the Ravens. Unfortunately it didn’t go our way in the end but was definitely a highlight and the most exciting game of the tournament!
