Welcome to the team Scar!!

Scar comes from a background in both Pilates and Yoga with the passion in taking you through a journey with movement.

Our Pilates classes are designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energise your body while helping you move with confidence.

We’ve blended Pilates with the coaching, community, and results-focused approach that we are is known for. The result is a class that improves core strength, mobility, balance, posture, and overall fitness—all in a supportive and fun environment.

Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to add something different to your routine, this class will leave you feeling that positive response we get from exercise.

PERFORMANCE BLOCK 1: THE SQUAT

We’re excited to launch the first block of our new Performance System on Monday 8th June, designed to help you train with purpose and track meaningful progress.

Our first focus? The squat.

One of the most effective exercises for building strength, increasing muscle, boosting calorie burn, improving performance, and making everyday movement easier.

Throughout this block, we’ll be tracking your progress and measuring your strength against recognised global standards, giving you a clear benchmark and a goal to work towards.
