We’re excited to officially unveil the brand new Flex Fitness Botany, featuring a huge facility upgrade designed to take your training, recovery, and overall gym experience to the next level.

✅ Upgraded layout and training spaces throughout the facility
✅ Hammer Strength deadlift platforms
✅ Traditional sauna for recovery and relaxation
✅ 2 ice baths available at both 6°C and 12°C
✅ Brand new upstairs mezzanine cardio area
✅ Reformer Pilates beds
✅ Dedicated HYROX training zone, including a brand new HYROX push/pull sled and wall ball target
✅ New gym graphics, lighting upgrades
✅ Large posing mirror and improved training environment throughout the club
