💚10 things we LOVE about Māngere Pony Club 💚

No.3 🌅🌈 No matter the season, we’re lucky to enjoy some of the most incredible skies. From fiery sunsets to the occasional eerie morning mist and rainbows that stretch across the paddocks following the rain.
It‘s one of the many little things that makes it so special.
Horses, fresh air, and a view that never gets old 🌅🌈

💚 10 Things we LOVE about Māngere Pony Club 💚

No.2! Our horses come first.

At Māngere Pony Club, our horses live in small herds of maximum 5, carefully grouped according to their individual needs and personalities. This helps create a calm, social environment where they can do what horses do best - be horses!

They are strip grazed and have access to plenty of forage, supporting healthy digestion, good weight management, and natural grazing behaviour.

Good horse management is at the heart of everything we do because happy, healthy horses make happy riders. 🐴🌿

Swipe through to see some of our beautiful herds enjoying their paddocks. 💚

10 things we LOVE about Māngere Pony Club

No.1 😍Who doesn’t love a freshly groomed arena? 😍

As well as a supportive Pony Club crew working together to set up the dressage? 🤝

We love seeing our members working together over the weekend, having some fun in the sun ☀️ to make our grounds more presentable and setting up different arena layouts to enjoy a variety of riding over winter! 🤗

Looking fabulous ladies!

MPC RIBBON DAY 2026!

What a fantastic way to wrap up our 2025–2026 season at Mangere Pony Club! Our riders and horses got into the spirit of the day, dressing up and coming together to celebrate another season of learning, friendships, achievements, and fun.

From the arena to the paddock, it was wonderful to see everyone enjoying themselves, sharing plenty of laughs, and making memories with their ponies and teammates. Days like these remind us what Pony Club is all about – supporting one another, building confidence, and enjoying time with our horses.

A huge thank you to all our riders, families, volunteers, and supporters who have helped make this season such a success. We are incredibly proud of everything our members have achieved throughout the year.

Here’s to a great season finished in style, and we can’t wait to see what next season brings! 💙💚🐴

As the season comes to a close, we’d like to give a big shoutout to our amazing riders representing Māngere Pony Club this season 🐴💚

Whether competing away at multi-day events, dressage days, or at home at our recent Show Cross event, it’s been a season full of hard work, long days, learning curves and plenty of fun along the way.

Our club is super proud of everyone for getting out there, giving things a go and representing the club so well.

We look forward to seeing what comes next ✨🐎
