After months of dreaming, planning, painting, building & pouring so much love into this space ~ the studio doors are finally open ♡

A morning that felt so full circle, opening the studio doors surrounded by friends, support & so much love for what’s to come. Thank you everyone who has been part of this journey & everyone who came along this morning. I still can't stop smiling & crying.

Creating this little sanctuary has been such a labour of love & I’m so excited to welcome you in. A space to move, breathe, slow down, support your nervous stmystem, reconnect & feel supported through every season of life.

✨️ WED 9am Yin - slow, deep, nourishing

🌬 FRI 8.45am Slow Flow - gentle movement with breath

🍑 SAT 7.30am Vinyasa - fluid, energising, spacious

Come as you are - tired, full, overwhelmed, motivated. All are welcome.

These classes are about meeting yourself where you’re at & leaving with a little more space than you arrived with ♡

Life lately ~ a little full, a little slow, a little everything ♡

As we move into the quieter, colder months, I’m opening space to work more closely with clients who are feeling the weight of it all - the mental load, the emotional stretch, the constant tending.

Winter has a way of slowing everything down, but for many mums, it can also amplify feelings of overwhelm, fatigue & disconnection. This season is an invitation to soften, to restore & to be supported - not to push through on empty.

In our work together, we gently support your nervous system, nourish your body & create space for you to feel more like yourself again. Through a blend of naturopathy, breath & mindful movement, we focus on building your capacity from the inside out - so you can meet motherhood with more steadiness, energy & ease.

You don’t have to be doing it all to be doing enough & you don’t have to hold it all alone.

Mama, it's not that motherhood is “too much" ~ it’s that your nervous system has been holding a lot for a long time.

When your system is stretched, even the smallest things can feel overwhelming. Not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because your capacity is already full.

A nervous system under pressure doesn’t always look like panic or breakdown.
It can look like feeling on edge, being easily overwhelmed by small things, appetite changes or cravings, feeling “wired but tired”, or struggling to move between parts of your day.

It’s not always loud or obvious - but it’s there, just under the surface.

If this feels familiar, nothing has gone wrong.
Your body isn’t working against you - it’s responding to everything it’s been carrying.
You are not failing.

This season is asking to be listened to.

Support doesn’t start with fixing or pushing through.
It starts with creating a sense of safety, building a gentle rhythm & nourishing your body in small, consistent ways.

There are softer ways to feel supported.
