Thanks to everyone that came down to the club this morning for our pre-season working bee. Great turn out, and the courts, grounds and particularly the clubhouse (kitchen, bar, windows) are all looking good for the start of interclub.

REMINDER - our annual working bee is this Sunday!!!
Kickoff (after the AB's battle in the Republic) is 8:15am with a short H&S briefing. Whether its just one hour or five hours, its all appreciated and helps spruce the club up ahead of the busy summer club period.
Some light refreshments will be available for morning tea, some of us are likely to rehydrate afterwards, admiring the sparkling club.

Some highlights from our annual Prizing and AGM on Friday. Congrats to all the prize winners 🏆.
Many thanks go to Alice who stepped down as President after 3 hugely successful years as President, including MBTC winning Tennis Auckland and Tennis NZ Club of the Year awards last year. We also welcomed in Stephen as President - good luck Stephen.
Thanks also go to Sarah Powrie, Chair of Ōrākei Local Board and OLB board members Amanda Lockyer and Margaret Voyce and Rohan West, CEO Tennis Auckland, for attending and presenting.

Mens 2 getting ready for the match against Manurewa this morning. It was worth the effort as we won both closely fought doubles - but then the rain came back and the singles were postponed.
Remember - it never rains in Mission Bay (except when it does).
