Our sensual goddess, confidence cultivator and one of Empire’s most loved adult teachers.

Ashley creates a space where dancers of every level can grow in confidence, embrace their individuality and discover the joy of movement. Her classes are welcoming, empowering and just the right amount of spicy, leaving you feeling stronger, more confident and wanting to come back for more.

Meet Natalie ✨

Natalie has been part of the Empire family for over 20 years, and to say we’re lucky to have her would be an understatement.

She is equal parts fierce, fabulous and incredibly kind, bringing confidence, laughter and a whole lot of sass to every room she walks into. Over the years, she’s cheered on countless students, built lifelong friendships and become such a special part of the Empire story.

Every Tuesday at 7pm, Natalie takes over the studio with GRIND.

And yes… it’s exactly what it sounds like.

GRIND is our cheekiest, rounchiest class on the timetable. Think attitude, confidence, hips that don’t lie and a room full of people hyping each other up. It’s less about getting the moves perfect and more about embracing your power, letting go of your inhibitions and having an absolute blast.

Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just looking to reconnect with your confidence, Natalie has a way of making everyone feel welcome, empowered and just a little bit dangerous.

Twenty years with Empire, countless memories, and she’s still serving looks every single Tuesday night.
