There’s something incredibly powerful about watching a woman step up, put her gloves on, and give it everything she’s got. 🥊🔥
Boxing isn’t just about physical strength. It’s about confidence, courage, discipline, resilience and learning to believe in yourself — even when something feels hard.
It’s about pushing past the voice that says “I can’t” and discovering that you absolutely can.
Every session is a reminder that strength comes in many forms. It’s in the determination to keep going, the courage to try something new, and the confidence that grows with every challenge you overcome.
And the best part? You don’t have to be a boxer to start boxing. You just have to be willing to show up, have a go and surprise yourself. ❤️🔥
Because when women train together, encourage each other and push each other beyond their comfort zones, something special happens.
We don’t just build stronger bodies. We build stronger women. 💪🥊

I joined the 6-week Transform 30 Challenge with one person in mind… ME. ❤️
I wanted to stop comparing myself to others, focus on my own journey and see what I could achieve when I truly committed to myself.
Six weeks later, I had lost an incredible 11.6kg and won the Transform 30 Challenge!
But what I’m most proud of is everything that happened along the way.
I showed up even when I didn’t feel like it. I pushed myself through workouts, made better choices with my food and, most importantly, I kept going.
I got involved in Move & Groove, Fight Do and Spin, with each class pushing me outside my comfort zone and reminding me that I’m capable of more than I think. 💪🏼
One moment that really stands out was being late and missing my buddy PT session. It would have been easy to go home and say, “I’ll do it next time.” Instead, I stayed and did the session on my own.
That reminded me this journey isn’t always about motivation, sometimes it’s about discipline and choosing to show up for yourself.
There were days when the scales didn’t move and I questioned whether I was doing enough. But I’ve learned that progress is so much more than a number.
It’s the extra reps. The steps. The sweat. The classes. The discipline. The mindset. And choosing yourself again and again. ❤️
A special thank you to Liz for keeping me accountable, I literally send her photos of everything I put in my mouth! 😂 She keeps me honest, encourages me and helps me stay on track.
Transform 30 has changed so much more than my body. It’s changed the way I see myself and reminded me what I’m capable of.
Yes, I’m incredibly proud of losing 11.6kg and winning the challenge, but the biggest win has been finding this version of ME again. 🤗
To my Results family, thank you for all the encouragement, accountability and laughs along the way. ❤️
Keep showing up.
Keep believing.
Keep going.
Your progress is YOUR progress.

A towel catches the sweat, but your strength comes from showing up. 💜💪
Every time you walk through those gym doors, you’re choosing yourself. 🌸 You’re choosing your health, your confidence, and the future version of you that you’re working towards. ✨
Some days you’ll feel strong, motivated, and ready to take on anything. 🔥 Other days, simply showing up will be your biggest achievement—and that’s something to celebrate. 🙌
Your towel catches the sweat 💦, but it doesn’t show the courage it took to start, the confidence you’re building, or the strength you’re creating with every workout. 💪
Progress isn’t about being perfect. 🌱 It’s about consistency, commitment, and continuing to show up—even on the days when it feels hard. Every workout, every rep, and every step forward is a win. 🏆
You are stronger than you think. You are more capable than you realise. 💜 Every drop of sweat is proof that you’re investing in yourself and becoming healthier, stronger, and more confident. ✨
So grab your towel, fill your water bottle, and keep showing up. 💧💪
The strongest version of you is built one workout, one choice, and one day at a time. 💜

If someone had told me a year ago that I’d be standing here today, working in a gym, surrounded by an amazing team and feeling excited about life again, I honestly wouldn’t have believed them.
The last year has been incredibly hard. I’ve struggled with depression and grief, and losing my beautiful mum has been the hardest thing I’ve ever had to face. There were times when I didn’t recognise myself anymore. I lost my motivation, my confidence and, at times, my sense of who I was.
I spent a lot of time putting myself last.
Somewhere along the way, I realised I needed to start choosing myself again.
Getting back into the gym has been a huge part of that. It’s not just about fitness or how much I can lift. For me, it’s about getting out of my head, moving my body, feeling stronger and reminding myself that I am still here — and I deserve to look after me too.
Somehow, I get to work here too. 🥹❤️
Being part of such a fabulous team has been such an unexpected & special part of my journey. The people around me, the laughs, the encouragement, the feeling of being part of something — it has given me a sense of purpose and belonging that I really needed.
I’m not going to pretend I’m “fixed”. Grief doesn’t work like that. There are still hard days. There are still moments when I miss Mum more than words can explain.
I’m learning that healing doesn’t mean forgetting. It means learning to carry the love and the loss while continuing to live.
And I know Mum would want me to live. To laugh. To find happiness again. To look after myself. To be proud of the person I’m becoming.
So that’s what I’m trying to do.
I’m choosing myself.
I’m putting my health and happiness first.
I’m surrounding myself with good people.
I’m showing up, even when it’s hard.
And I’m taking it one day at a time.
I’m incredibly grateful for this gym, for this team and for the little community that has become such a big part of my life.
Maybe I’m not the same person I was before.
But perhaps that’s okay.
Maybe I’m becoming an even stronger version of me. ❤️
One day. One workout. One step at a time.
And Mum, I hope you’re somewhere smiling, because I’m finding my way back. 🩷
