New program starts Monday April 20th. This is 10 weeks of constantly varied movements but keeping a weekly structure.
Expect Strength and Conditioning done with intent. You turn up and let the results speak for themselves.

Introducing our newest coach 💚
After over 1600 classes Karen will now be taking on a role as a part time coach. You will find her doing the early morning 5:15am and 9:30am classes. She will also be taking over the programming so be sure to only be doing lower body and you will never see a sn**ch or wall walk again.
Great to have her onboard and we look forward to the next chapter for The Training Lab 💚
