This ANZAC Monday, we’re taking a moment to slow down, breathe, and reflect. Whether you’re coming off a busy weekend or simply want to start the public holiday with intention, join us for a special morning practice.
We will be running a modified schedule for the observed holiday:

Time: 9:30 am – 10:30 am
Please note: This will be our only class for the day. Regular scheduling resumes Tuesday.
