So good seeing my family in Spain again and being back in the country that was a big part of my up bringing. Sad part of living in NZ, is not seeing the people I love for almost a decade. The heart feels full though! Blessed. 🤗

We got lost today getting lost amongth the old buildings through gothic quarter. If you carried on walking, you'd miss so much. Every piece, the closer you looked, the more detail their was to discover.
A perfect example is the last photo. This was the ceiling of one of the most photographed spots called El Pont Del Bisbe. So many people would miss this... When you look up, you see a dagger piercing through a skull.

Paying my dues while traveling. Motto for the rest of the year is practice discipline every day! I told myself no beers on holiday... Had one every day 🤣 can't always win, but we can adjust. Try again today. Atleast the steps are close to 20k and we've started strong with a weight/cardio session this morning.
