Today is Random Acts of Kindness Day π
And honestly, motherhood is one of those seasons where a tiny act of kindness can feel HUGE.
It's someone holding the door while you wrestle the pram.
Someone saying, "I've got the baby, you go to the toilet."
Someone noticing you're having a rough day and checking in.
Someone making space for you at the class.
Someone saying, "You're doing a great job."
You don't need to change someone's whole world.
Sometimes you just need to make their next five minutes a little easier. π«Ά
So today, let's spread a little Kanga kindness.
What's one small act of kindness another mum has done for you that you'll never forget?

Let's bust a few myths about becoming a Kangatraining instructor. π
You don't have to arrive already knowing how to teach a fitness class.
You don't have to be the most coordinated person in the room.
You don't have to be a fitness influencer.
And you definitely don't need to have the whole "business owner" thing worked out on day one.
That's what training is for.
We teach you about postnatal anatomy, babywearing safety, programming, choreography, music, business and so much more.
What we can't teach?
That genuine desire to make mums feel supported.
That's the bit that comes from you.
If you've ever thought "I'd love to do this, but..." β tell me what your but is in the comments.
I might be able to bust that myth for you. π
