Hey Yogis, I'm taking over Beach Haven Yoga, from my partner Sarah. I'm really excited.
Next term classes start Tuesday 21st July, 6:30pm - 7:45pm (during school term). Beach Haven community Hall.
336 Rangatira Road.
Open level class. All welcome. $100 for 10 week term or $15 for a casual class. Yoga brings more flexibilty, strength, vitality and peace. See you there, Brendon Sakey

Term 2 yoga starts soon:
Wednesday 22nd April, 6:30pm - 7:45pm (during the school term).
All Saints Church Hall, 181 Hinemoa St, Birkenhead. No need to book, just turn up.
Join us in a fun and relaxed weekly Hatha Vinyasa Yoga class.
This is an open class and all are welcome but as its a fairly dynamic class if you're an absolute beginner then you may prefer to attend a more gentle beginners yoga class/course instead.
