It offers us the complete workout and has ultimate healing powers .Whatever is bothering you ,you can just drop it out there and be done with it. The cover photo is a shot of Apia Harbor in Samoa. The background is our Catholic Cathedral where our family attends church . The Harbor is where we Waka Ama , swim , paddle and boogie board, fish and surf when the waves are high . The sea wall is where we exercise ,walk ,run ,stretch and gossip lol. Our family's house is on this street and it is our lifestyle. The profile picture is myself in the blue and white cap that has the logo of our Samoan Waka Ama Club.Our Logo is Nafanua the Samoan War Goddess. I have 5 children and 2.5 grandchildren. This is my eldest daughter who is also changing careers and studying personal training part time at the moment . We were at the Waka Ama Nationals held earlier this year down in Cambridge. Amazing week with amazing racing with participants ranging from ages 7 to 70. My daughter and I are going to be doing our new project together when we complete and pass our courses.
