Blockhouse Bay Tennis Club has been named Auckland Tennis Club of the Year 🏆

Over the past year, our club has continued to grow, with 30+ senior and junior teams competing across summer and winter interclub, more than 70 players taking part in Club Championships, and 100+ players regularly attending our weekly Club Nights.

But this award is about so much more than numbers.

Our clubhouse, pro shop and deck have been transformed into spaces our members can be proud of, while our community has continued to grow through sold-out events including Games Night, Quiz Night, the Winter Classic, Club Championships Prizegiving and our Christmas Party.

And our junior and tertiary members have even taken the club to TikTok — clocking up more than 3 million views!

We were also honoured to receive the Club Administration Award last night!

Thank you Tennis Auckland This recognition belongs to our incredible members, volunteers, coaches, committee, families and everyone who continues to pour into this club.

GAMES NIGHT - THANK YOU

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made our Games Night such a fun and memorable evening. It was fantastic to see so many people getting involved, showing off their teamwork, creativity, and competitive spirit!

Congratulations to our Games Night Champions, The Nun's – Scott, Chris, Felipe, and Brad – who claimed the top spot on the night with an outstanding performance.

A special congratulations also goes to our Best Dressed Team, The Emotions – Sophie, Chelsea, Zara, and Karan – whose fantastic costumes and enthusiasm stole the show.

Thank you again to everyone who attended and helped make the evening such a success. We can't wait to see you all at our next event!
